Żabka Group
Żabka Group runs a convenience retail and digital services ecosystem in Poland and Romania, spanning stores, food-to-go, parcel delivery and rapid online grocery delivery.
Żabka Group operates a technology-enabled convenience ecosystem, combining physical retail with digital services across grocery retail, food-to-go, parcel delivery and rapid online grocery delivery. The group is organised around three business units - Żabka Polska, Żabka International and Żabka Future - and is present in Poland and Romania. Its activities span several regulated and fast-moving sectors, among them convenience retail and grocery, food service and ready meals, logistics and parcel delivery, e-commerce and quick commerce, and fintech, including cash withdrawal services.
The scale of the operation is substantial. Żabka Group reports 13,403 stores, of which 1,394 were opened in 2025, and more than 4.3m transactions a day. Some 18m consumers live within 500 metres of a store. Sales to end customers reached PLN 31.1 billion in 2025. Alongside franchisees and partners, the group supports more than 71,300 workplaces, and its operating model is built on a franchisee and partner network rather than a wholly company-owned estate.
The company's consumer-facing and operational platforms include the Żappka app, with 11.3m users; Żabka Nano, a network of autonomous cashierless stores; and two rapid online grocery delivery services, Jush and delio. In food service, the group comprises Maczfit, a direct-to-consumer meal provider, and Dietly.pl, a meal-plan marketplace. Technical work covers autonomous retail, data analytics, artificial intelligence, mobile app platforms, e-commerce and delivery platforms, and retail technology more broadly.
