Mango

Mango is an international fashion group that designs and manufactures clothing and accessories for women, men and children. Founded in Barcelona, where it opened its first store on Paseo de Gracia and maintains its design headquarters, the company sells in more than 120 countries through upwards of 15,000 points of sale. Sales revenue reached 3.8 billion euros in 2026, an increase of 13% on the previous year.

The group operates across the apparel value chain, from fashion design and manufacturing to retail. Its stated areas of technical focus include fashion design, apparel manufacturing, sustainable practices and technological innovation, and it reports significant investment in the latter two. The design headquarters team numbers over 60 professionals.

The workforce is international and predominantly female: 112 nationalities are represented and women account for 78% of employees.
