Pepco Group N.V. is a European discount retail company headquartered in London, with Polish operations run from Poznań. The group has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since its IPO debut in May 2021, having been founded in Poland in 2004. It operates in 18 European countries and employs more than 32,000 people, around 90% of whom work directly in stores.

The company's retail arm, Pepco, sells affordable clothing - with a particular focus on children's clothing, for which it is among the most popular retailers in many European markets - alongside household and home décor products. The store network has grown from 14 outlets at founding to more than 4,000 today, serving over 41 million shoppers a month. Legal and commercial work spans the group's cross-border store operations, international expansion, and retail regulatory compliance across its markets.

Supply is managed through Pepco Global Sourcing (PGS), a vertically integrated entity that maintains direct relationships with over 375 suppliers representing more than 750 factories, primarily in South and East Asia. PGS underpins the group's product quality assurance and sourcing standards. Technical domains within the group include retail operations, supply chain management, international store network expansion, and product quality assurance.
