Boohoo Group, now known as Debenhams Group, is a UK-based global online fashion and retail group operating a multi-brand portfolio of fashion brands and online retail destinations. Founded in 2006 as a single online fashion brand, the business has expanded into a multi-brand retail platform serving fashion-conscious consumers worldwide.

The group's portfolio comprises five named brands and retail destinations: Debenhams, an online fashion and retail destination; boohoo, the original brand selling clothing and accessories for women and men, including dresses, denim, knitwear, sportswear and swimwear; boohooMAN, its men's online fashion brand; Karen Millen; and PrettyLittleThing. These sit alongside other fashion brands and online retail destinations within the group. The businesses operate across the e-commerce, apparel and accessories, and multi-brand retail marketplace sectors.

Headquartered in the UK, the group describes its reach as global. It began in 2006 with a small founding team and has since undergone a strategic evolution led by chief executive Dan Finley, who was appointed in November 2024.
