UNIQA Insurance Group is an insurance and financial services group serving more than 18 million people across 14 European countries. Its corporate structure spans a parent group and operating units, among them UNIQA IT Services GmbH (UITS), the group's IT service provider.

UITS develops and operates group-wide network services, with a focus on network observability, end-to-end performance monitoring, automation, and service dependency visibility. Its work connects network, application, infrastructure and cloud monitoring to give operational transparency on performance, availability and technical relationships across the UNIQA Group.

The unit's technical environment includes monitoring and observability tooling built on Microsoft Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk and OpenTelemetry-based telemetry, used to analyse infrastructure behaviour, build dashboards and alerts, and support incident investigation and root-cause analysis. AI and AIOps capabilities are applied to anomaly detection, event correlation and the reduction of alert noise.
