Stevens & Bolton is an independent UK law firm headquartered in Guildford, Surrey. Founded in 2004 and grown organically, it employs around 150 lawyers, approximately a third of whom are partners. Overall revenue for that year was £46.5m, following double-digit growth in two consecutive years.

It serves a client base that ranges from major international organisations and FTSE companies to owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients. Cross-border mandates are a significant part of the workload, generating over 16% of revenue across 54 jurisdictions.
