Smurfit Westrock plc is a manufacturer of paper-based packaging, producing renewable, recyclable and recycled paper and board products. The company was formed through the merger of Smurfit Kappa and WestRock Company, completed on July 5, 2024, and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. It is listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.

The group employs more than 97,000 people and operates from over 500 packaging and other facilities across 40 countries, with global manufacturing capacity of roughly 23 million tons per annum. Revenue for 2024 was approximately US$21.1 billion. Its product range covers corrugated packaging, consumer packaging, solidboard, kraft paper, sacks and bag-in-box.

Operations span multiple jurisdictions in the packaging, paper and board manufacturing, and sustainable packaging sectors. The company states that it draws on renewable resources from responsibly managed forests and develops packaging solutions intended to advance a more sustainable future.
