Orbital
Orbital develops AI products for commercial real estate legal work, connecting title, lease and spatial data to help legal and property teams review transactions and coordinate deals.
Orbital builds AI products for commercial real estate legal work. Founded in 2018 by Will Pearce and Ed Boulle, the company develops tools that help legal and property teams connect transaction information, identify issues and move deals forward. Its platform links title, survey, lease, property and spatial data to surface issues, produce review-ready work and keep deal participants aligned, and it supports more than 250,000 real estate transactions a year.
The product suite extends beyond the core platform to asset intelligence tools, property visualisation capabilities, drafting and negotiation support, and deal coordination tools that keep lawyers, owners and lenders in step. The technical work spans document intelligence, natural language processing, spatial and geospatial data, and property data integration, with an stated emphasis on responsible and explainable AI. Around 5,000 real estate users work with the company's products.
Orbital employs more than 150 people and operates across the United Kingdom and the United States, with a presence in London, New York and Los Angeles. It serves law firms, real estate businesses and other participants in commercial real estate transactions. Further information is available at orbital.tech.
