Nebius Group is a provider of full-stack AI cloud infrastructure, combining hyperscaler-scale GPU clusters with supercomputer-level performance. Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq under the ticker NBIS, the group has raised $700 million from investors including Accel, NVIDIA and Orbis, and employs hundreds of engineers alongside an in-house AI R&D team.

Its commercial arrangements include a multi-billion dollar agreement with Microsoft to deliver dedicated AI infrastructure from a data center in Vineland, New Jersey. The company's platform is built on large-scale GPU clusters deployed across Europe and the United States, supported by AI-optimized sustainable data centers, including a facility 60 kilometres from Helsinki. Nebius also builds ISEG, a supercomputer ranked among the world's most powerful.

The group serves customers across healthcare and life sciences, robotics, finance and entertainment, ranging from AI startups to research institutes and enterprises. Its technical work spans AI infrastructure, GPU computing, high-performance computing, machine learning platforms and data centre engineering.
