EXPERIENCE

WhatYouBring

Applicants should have highlyrelevant experiencein M&A andcorporate financeand be looking for long-termcareerwiththeMaplesGroup.Candidatesmusthave4- 8year'srelevantpostqualificationexperienceandhavecompletedaminimumofa2-yeartrainingcontract.Bothexperienceandtrainingshouldhavebeencompletedwitha leading law firm in Dublin ora major onshore jurisdiction.Outstanding academics are a must but so too is a real understanding of the business of law and an interest in business development.

Candidateswillrequireexperienceinthefollowingkeyareas;M&A,venturecapitalandprivate equityinitscoreareasoffocus. Equity capital markets experience while not essential, will be given added weight.

This post requires significant attention to detail, professionalism, abilityto multi-task, and excellent organisational, prioritisationandcommunicationsskills.
