FenXun Partners is a China-focused law firm founded in 2009. It advises domestic and international clients across more than 20 practice areas, with particular emphasis on complex cross-border transactions. The firm fields more than 170 legal professionals, including over 40 partners, and maintains offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
