Dynamis LLP is a litigation boutique founded in 2023 by former federal prosecutor Eric Rosen and civil litigator Constantine Economides. The firm specialises in white-collar defence, government investigations and complex civil disputes, and has developed a practice in crypto litigation. Its lawyers defend individuals and companies in criminal prosecutions and investigations, drawing on experience presenting cases to grand juries, obtaining and litigating wiretaps, and trying cases to verdict for the United States.

The firm litigates complex civil matters on both sides of the “v.”, with a stated aim of winning motions that end cases before trial, trying cases that require it and negotiating resolutions from a position of strength. With 20 lawyers, the firm stays deliberately small: senior lawyers remain on a matter from intake through resolution. Associates take depositions, argue motions and examine witnesses early in their careers. Dynamis was founded by five people and now has offices in Boston, New York, Miami, Los Angeles and New Jersey.
