- Serve as the primary contact for multinational clients on corporate tax compliance across EMEA jurisdictions
- Build strong client relationships and translate complex tax requirements into actionable strategies
Tax Compliance & Team Leadership
- Own the end-to-end corporate tax compliance cycle (computations, reconciliations, tax local & group provisioning, obligations monitoring
- Lead a client service team on challenging international tax matters
- Mentor and develop team members through hands-on guidance and quality reviews
Project & Delivery Management
- Coordinate PMO support and manage timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple client engagements
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and operational excellence in all deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead technical discussions with Deloitte teams across Belgium and international offices
- Build internal networks to unlock integrated service capabilities for clients
Business Development
- Support practice growth through client expansion and identification of cross-sell opportunities
Let’s talk about you
- You have a Master/Bachelor’s degree in taxes or accounting or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in international tax compliance and advisory, local and group tax provisioning and/or statutory accounting compliance
- You have gained 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in international tax compliance and advisory, local and group tax provisioning (in consulting firm or industry, etc.), where you demonstrated technical abilities and business skills
- You have in-depth Excel skills and are technology minded (ERPs, Tax provisioning tools OTP, Longview etc.)
- You have a proven record for service excellence, are deadline focused and a team player
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have excellent technical and analytical skills
- You can think critically and provide practical solutions
