Aptiv is a global automotive supplier that develops and manufactures components and systems for the car industry. The company employs 190,000 people and operates 136 sites in 46 countries, generating annual revenue of more than $15bn. The product portfolio spans centralised vehicle computing platforms, vehicle safety systems, high-performance electrical systems that supply power to every on-board technology, and technologies for autonomous driving. In Germany, Aptiv is present at Neumarkt Süd, where more than 400 employees work across 16,000 m² of production space. The site reflects the company's broader footprint of manufacturing and engineering operations distributed across 46 countries.
